Defect: Grounding of the ship.
Action: Inspection and survey till floating the ship.
The purpose of survey: • Monitoring the situation and providing the required technical support and assistance to the vessel’s master. • Reporting for any damage could be occurred or sustained to the ship hull, equipment and cargoes as a result of grounding incident and refloating trials.

Location: Suez roads.
Defects: a lot of fouling of ship hull.
Action: monitoring and inspection by video :
1. Under water hull cleaning (vertical, flat bottom bilge ).
2. Rudder cleaning

Action: Condition survey of m/v Nouran for renew insurance .
Its 35 meter long Yacht.
The yacht equipped with two caterpillar machines 570 HP/ Each and caterpillar gear box 680 HP/Each.
Case 5
Inspection of full reefer container.
Location: at Suez canal container terminal, Discharged from M.V. Hannover Bridge
The condition: the cargo temperature not going down to the setting temperature. The container surveyed and inspected where the air flow path was blocked by ice.
The action: replacing the machinery unit.

Port said port floating bouy
Location: port said Harbour
Defects: Damage of the floating bouy due to collision with m/v Gigant (general cargo ship).
The ship deviated from the original path and moved above the floating bouy occurring big damage to the floating bouy.

Location: Ismalia – ELTemsah site
Defect: inspection all mechanical and drilling parts.
Action: all Survey and inspection done for all items and tools.
Case 8
Ship name: m/v union trader
Location: port said port.
Defect: a problem with her hydraulic windlass in heaving up the anchor.
the problem due to relief valve / pressure control valve in the circuit are lifted due to sudden load and is now not functioning properly so that the oil from the hydraulic motor is draining off and the windlass is unable to lift the load.
Action: all repairs done in pumps under our surveying and inspection.

- Under water inspection for Hull cleaning.
- Under water inspection by video.
- Removing fouling by special brushing hydraulic tools.
